Want Overall Wellness? Try Exercise

It’s finals week across the U.S. and my Facebook and Twitter feeds are full of students stressing over exams and tests. I’m not really part of the anxious exam crowd, I’ve had my own bouts of emotional turmoil and I did not want school to be part of them. But neither should you.

This great video is perfect for de-stressing. But also (if applied correctly) is good for your brain heath, your heart health, and your overall state of wellness. I thought that it would be quite appropriate to share it at this time
